The Flat Managers Ltd deals with two buildings with which I am involved as chairman, having taken over the running of both buildings from the developers.
TFML worked quickly and efficiently to ensure finances were quickly in place and regular contractors were appointed. Its work has contributed greatly to the smooth running of both buildings.
More recently, one of the buildings has required major works under guarantee to solve extensive problems caused by damp. This also required some residents to move out of their homes during the works.
TFML worked closely with directors, contractors and residents to ensure the work went ahead smoothly with minimum stress to everyone involved and made sure everyone was kept informed during what was a potentially difficult time. I have recommended TFML on several occasions and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

We engaged The Flat Managers Ltd six years ago. From the beginning TFML was positively involved and anxious to be of service. A lot of urgent work was needed on the building and over the period there have been many legal complications due to the complexity of running a large estate. The Flat Managers provided excellent advice and guidance to ensure legal responsibilities have been properly carried out and contributed vitally to bring the fabric and finances of the Mills to their present healthy state.
