Service Charge

The Flat Managers Ltd. will prepare the annual service charge budget in consultation with the clients and in accordance with the terms of the Leases. This simple good practice ensures that your building is well managed and that, as far as possible, works are planned so that costs are spread across the year. This also allows individual leaseholders to plan their own finances.

Additionally, The Flat Managers Ltd. will collect service charge payments. In the event of a leasholder defaulting, we will pursue arrears on behalf of your management company until solicitors and debt collectors are instructed, thereby minimising embarrassment and dispute between neighbours.
