Date for Account Changes

Changes to service charge accounts brought in by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 were expected to come into force on April 6 2010, however at present these changes have not been brough in. They may come into force later this year but we have no further information at present. Clients will be kept updated and we will ensure all accounts comply with the new legislation when the change does come into force.
