The Flat Managers Ltd - Meetings

In addition to the Annual General Meeting of your management company,

The Flat Managers Ltd. can call and attend three more Directors' or leaseholder meetings (i.e. quarterly meetings). We will prepare and send out notices detailing the items on the agenda and produce minutes for all meetings.

As well as these formal meetings, we will keep in regular contact with the Directors of your management company so that everyone is involved and informed.
