The Flat Managers Ltd. will arrange and supervise all routine service and maintenance contracts for your building. This includes contracts with cleaners and gardeners, and minor repairs.

Where required, The Flat Managers Ltd. will instruct and liaise with surveyors and other contractors regarding work which falls outside routine maintenance.
