A comprehensive, fixed fee management package...

To act as Company Secretary, fulfilling all usual duties in accordance with the Companies Act 1985

To call and attend the Annual General Meeting plus three further meetings, preparing notices and minutes

To set an annual Service Charge budget, collect service charge payments and take pre-legal steps to recover arrears

To keep accounting records, arrange preparation of the Annual Accounts of your management company and ensure that they are filed at Companies House

Arrange landlord's insurance and all routine service and maintenance contracts and act as key holder for common parts

The Flat Managers Ltd. charge a fixed annual fee calculated on the number of flats in your building at £150.00 per flat. This fee is payable by your management company in 12 equal monthly payments by bank standing order.

The Flat Managers Ltd is not VAT registered.
