THE FLAT MANAGERS LTD - FEES

A comprehensive, fixed fee management package...

• To act as Company Secretary, fulfilling all usual duties in accordance with the Companies Acts
• To call and attend the Annual General Meeting plus three furher meetings, preparing notices and minutes
• To set an Annual Service Charge Budget, collect service charge payments and take pre-legal steps to recover arrears
• To keep accounting records, arrange preparation of the Annual Accounts of your management company and ensure that they are filed at Companies House
• To arrange Landlord's Insurance and all routine service and maintenance contracts and act as key holder for common parts

The Flat Managers Ltd. charges a fixed annual fee calculated on the number of flats in your building. From January 1, 2011 this will be £160.00 per flat.

This fee is payable by your management company in 12 equal monthly payments by bank standing order.

The Flat Managers Ltd is VAT registered.
