The Flat Managers Ltd. will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping for your management company and arrange preparation of the Annual Accounts for approval by leaseholders, before filing them with Companies House. If required, we can also liaise with your auditors to ensure fast and efficient communication.
Also as a matter of routine,The Flat Managers Ltd. will arrange insurance cover on behalf of your management company in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
