The
Flat Managers Ltd. was founded in 2002 by directors
Jane Forsyth and David Schermer who together have over 20 years’
experience of property management.
Jane personally manages all client buildings. She is a qualified solicitor and an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. The Flat Managers Ltd. is a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents. The Flat Managers Ltd. holds professional indemnity insurance.
